Built in 1986, Emerald Chase is a thriving community of 168 single family homes in Herndon/Oak Hill, Virginia. We are located on the corner of Fairfax County Parkway and West Ox Road, with our sole entrance located off of West Ox Road providing easy access to a multitude of major Northern Virginia arterial roads. Community amenities include a playground, multi-purpose court with basketball court, walking/jogging paths, and close proximity to a multitude of shopping centers and entertainment including Reston Town Center, Fair Oaks Mall, Tysons Corners Center, Wolf Trap for the Performing Arts, Frying Pan Park, as well as to public and private schools, recreational facilities, and to Dulles Airport.
The Emerald Chase Homeowners Association is the governing body of the community. Effective 1 August 2023, Capitol Property Management was contracted as Emerald Chase's Property Management Company. Kathy Gately, Senior Executive is our community manager who works in concert with the EC Board of Directors -- Karen Lowe, President; Cindy Kanode, Vice President; Hetal Doshi, Treasurer; Paul Kunz, Secretary; and David Eimers, Member-At-Large. Our Architectural Review Committee members are Cody Londal and Rich Michelson.
